DSM Photographic will be at the 2012 Spring One Of A Kind Show
After few years of absence at the spring One of a Kind Show, we are announcing our come back. We are exhibiting back at the Spring One of a Kind Show, March 28 - April 1, 2012, at the Direct Energy Centre, Exhibition Place,Toronto. Following the show is our annual Springtime Show and Open House in the Norman Piluke Gallery/DSM Photographic April 9 - 15 (Weekdays: 1 - 5 pm, Saturday and Sunday: 11 am - 5 pm). Our latest overseas photo adventure was London, England. You are welcome to view the new images at the England page. More images are displayed in the Norman Piluke Gallery.
We visited all the landmarks and rode on the big red double decker bus and street cars. However we did not take the tube. Our friend Mary who guided us said, "you will not see London if you are traveling underground." She was right. We walked with the local Londoners and throngs of tourist. We walked from our hotel to the bus stop and evreywhere we went to visit. We had to learn the pedestrian crossing London way, what side of the street to wait for the next bus. Little things like that. It is the best way to travel big cities of the world. We roamed Paris and Rome and other cities of the world by foot. This is part of enjoying the world. Walk the land you visit. That is how we travel. We are photographers. That is how we photographed some of our best sellers.
Being bird watchers, we wanted to see all the birds in and around London. One day, we scheduled our friend Mary to take us to the wetlands.We spent a day and we have seen these birds and more.
